Diamond Head Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacqui Lawrence as Director of Finance effective November 1, 2021.
A long-time resident of Whistler in the Sea to Sky corridor, Jacqui started her career as Account Manager at Whistler/Blackcomb mountain, moving to Sales and Reservations Manager at Cougar Mountain, then Accommodations Manager at Contemporary Security Canada during the 2010 Olympics. Jacqui shifted to accounting in 2012 as Accountant at Resort Reservations Whistler for 2 years and in 2014, she took on the role of Operations Accountant at Tourism Whistler for 2 years. Jacqui was Controller at Scandinave Spa Whistler for over 5 years.
Jacqui has a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University in New South Wales, Australia, Diploma of Financial Services from Tribeca Learning and CPA designation.
Diamond Head Development also welcomes Mark Robichaud as Director of Construction effective November 8, 2021.
A local of Squamish in the Sea to Sky corridor, Mark has worked his way through the construction industry starting as an Apprentice with Vic Van Isle Construction (commercial and heavy industry), moving to Carpenter and Foreman with several local Custom Home Builders and in 2010, started his own renovations and construction company, 99 North, which he ran for four years in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Most recently, Mark worked with RDC Fine Homes for seven years starting as Renovations Director, then Director of Sales and Marketing and finally as Director of Construction.
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology) from the University of New Brunswick and is a Red Seal Carpenter.
Mark loves the outdoor lifestyle and adventures with his partner and two daughters including multi-day backcountry trips paddling, climbing and skiing. Mark is actively involved in his community and volunteers with the Pemberton Wildlife Association.
