Jason is a builder by nature as he has been managing large, complex projects for over 20 years. With an MBA from McGill in Montreal, Jason brings a detailed and organized approach to all custom builds and developments. He oversees all of the DHD’s projects from start to finish and is ultimately responsible for the construction of the project, quality assurance, timeline and budget.
Sean is responsible for overseeing the financial well-being of DHD and providing leadership in the areas of Finance, Accounting, IT, HR and Administration.
Prior to joining DHD, Sean was in charge of site Accounting and Administration for HB Construction, an industrial construction subsidiary of Williams Energy. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant, and Board member of MyndPlan, an online mental health start-up.
Morgan is based out of our downtown office and she will be working closely with the Finance team and Project Management.
Scott oversees all project management. He facilitates the planning phase, construction schedule, and develops project strategy while leading his team. Scott will be there from the first point of interest through to the end of the warranty period with every project.
Byron ensures all of DHD’s operations meet the highest standards. He is responsible for ensuring productivity and quality among DHD subcontractors and other visiting disciplines. He ensures a safe and secure environment – and has the aptitude to think quickly on his feet, resolving any issues that may arise on site so the construction schedule can be adhered to.
Cindy helps DHD’s clients design their dream home within a set budget. She is a keen listener and has the ability to tease out just what a client desires – even if they don’t yet know themselves – and provides creative design solutions. Cindy has been surpassing her client’s expectations for the last 15 years. She is persistent, patient and solution-driven.
As a DHD Superintendent , Carrol brings a strong foundation of experience with over 28 years in the construction industry. Her career began as a Red Seal Journey Carpenter. Knowing the long term goal of each project, anticipating problems before they arise, managing field personnel as well as the coordination and scheduling of subcontracts , materials and on-site work ensures Carrol has safe and successful Project completions.

Alex has spent over 10 years working for some of the top builders in BC, building high end custom homes throughout the lower mainland. He is a Red Seal carpenter and a graduate of BCIT’s Construction Management program. His passion for building facilitates successful projects and ensures the highest quality workmanship.
